Chopped Beef Brisket
Gluten Free. Beef brisket, chopped and mixed with a touch of Norma Jean's BBQ sauce. Meat only, bun not included. Must order a "Sandwich" to receive a bun.
Beef Ribs
Gluten Free. Each bone is nine inches long with about two inches of flavorful marbled beef piled on top. Each rib will weigh about one pound. Priced per pound. (On average one rib is 1 1/2 lbs in weight).
