Whole Bean Coffee
Rude Boy Coffee
This two bean blend is our RIDE OR DIE and what we use as our espresso, which is a base to all of the drinks we serve from the espresso bar. With its feet firmly planted in the present, Rude Boy keeps one eye on the past. Muted acidity, chocolate, and lots of bass notes keep the rhythm swinging, while a heavy body keeps things grounded. Old school, but not old fashioned. Rude Boy is currently comprised of our Brazil and Colombia offerings.
El Tambo Coffee
This coffee comes from the Cauca region, one of the larger producing regions of Colombia. The coffee is comprised of a regional blend from area producers with similar cup profile and quality coffees. Cauca is known for a bright, sweet, chocolate profile. In this cup we get kiwi, white grape and tangerine.
El Téjo Coffee
Formally known as Troublemaker, this coffee is a great all around brewer. When brewed as espresso, this blend is vibrant with tropical fruit. When brewed as filtered coffee, it carries a complexity of bright fruit notes, balanced acidity, and a nice sweet silky body El Téjo is currently comprised of our Brazil, Colombia and Peru offerings. Bright citrus flavors and tropical fruit are at the forefront of our Troublemaker. Mango, stonefruit, and caramel blend to produce a clean, delicious espresso shot or a silky, aromatic cappuccino.
