Nachos
Chilaquiles style nachos out of hand made tortillas. A small amount of chips add protein, black beans, cheese, to the plate and repeated three times. Finishing it off with sour cream, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole. Choose from asada, al pastor, suadero, al pastor mushroom.
Queso Fundido
Traditional mexicana-melt of cheese with your choice of chorizo, al pastor mushroom, carne asada, black beans or chapulines. It is served with five tortillas.
Smoked Chicken Tinga Empanadas
Chicken tinga, queso oaxaca, avocado crema, morita cremosa, charred corn and black bean, pico de gallo (order of 3).
Quesadilla
14 in flour tortilla with shredded cheese, refried black beans, crema, and your choice of protein (asada, chicken, mushroom, al pastor).
