Anti-Intoxication Policy

Favor takes a zero-tolerance stance toward drug or alcohol use. If Favor reasonably suspects a Runner of using drugs or alcohol while providing services through the platform, Favor will promptly suspend the Runners account while it investigates the incident.  Customers can notify Favor of any suspected violations at support@favordelivery.com.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Favor prohibits Runners logged into the app from discriminating on the basis of a customer’s or potential customer’s:

• Geographical location or destination
• Race
• Color
• National origin
• Religious belief or affiliation
• Sex (the physical condition of being male or female)
• Disability
• Age
