Killer Calamari

Strips of calamari (squid) seasoned, hand battered, and deep fried in house made cracker meal. Topped with grated Parmesan cheese and served with house spicy mayo.

Crab Claws

Blue crab meat from the claw, pan cooked in herb seasoned garlic butter. Served with bread. Garlic butter herb consists of garlic, butter, oregano, and thyme.

Boudin Balls

These are made in house. These consist of tender pork meat, chicken livers, onion, celery, bell peppers, rice, and Cajun seasoning. The pork meat, chicken livers, and vegetables are braised in a Cajun flavored broth for four hours, shredded by hand, and mixed with rice. Each is balled up with a cube of pepper Jack cheese for a rich center. When ordered, the balls are battered in egg wash and Cracker meal for a Crunch. It is served with firecracker sauce on the side.
