The 2018 vintage was one of exceptional quality for Heitz Cellar. The cooler to moderate temperatures during the growing season allowed them to balance sugar and phenolic maturity in the fruit while maintaining natural acidity to help preserve the fresh characteristics of the vintage. The elegance and balanced structure of the 2018 vintage will make this an incredible wine to drink upon release and will continue to reward with cellar aging.

Features enticing aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig. Persistent flavors of ripe raspberry, boysenberry, pomegranate, and vanilla linger harmoniously, for a smooth and luscious finish.
Bergstrom Pinot Noir (1/2 BTL)
Gorgeous perfume of red fruit candies, roses, violets, sweet herbs, black and green teas, grilled meats, toasted French oak and sweet spices. On the palate, this wine is pure and silky with a youthful charm of wild strawberries, potpourri, sweet peppers, French tarragon, basil and mint.

Mendoza, Argentina- Floral bouquet of violets, dark fruits and touches of vanilla and spice. The palate offers sweet black cherry fruit, a generous texture and marked mineral notes as well as layers of chocolate and spicy black pepper. 100% Malbec, aged 12 months in mostly French oak.

Dame De Gaffaliere, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru (1/2 Bottle)
The 2020 La Gaffeliere is composed of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple in color, it soars out of the glass with expressive notes of redcurrant jelly, plum preserves, and kirsch, plus nuances of dark chocolate, violets, pencil lead, and fragrant soil with a waft of crushed rocks. The medium-bodied palate is so tightly wound, featuring very fine layers of red and black fruit intertwined with floral and mineral nuances, supported by highly pixilated, super-ripe tannins and amazing tension, finishing very long and with the energy of an atomic bomb. This is stunning!
