Sunday Brunch
Brunch is served every Sunday from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. All breakfast entrees are served with chips, salsa, and corn tortillas
Pozole
Seasonal. A traditional Mexican favorite, slow-roasted pork simmered in a spicy soup, served with hominy. Garnished with radishes, cabbage, lime, cilantro, and chopped onions, on the side of course.
Cowboy Enchilada Omelette
A soft-rolled cheese and onion enchilada, folded into an omelette, covered in chile con carne, or chile con queso, served with Spanish style potatoes, refried beans, and fruit.
Huevos Rancheros Sunday Brunch
Two eggs over easy, topped with ranchera sauce, served with Spanish style potatoes, refried beans, and fruit.
Huevos Con Chorizo
Eggs lightly scrambled with chorizo, served with two beef tamales, Spanish style potatoes, refried beans, and pico de gallo.
Migas Sunday Brunch
Traditional scrambled eggs, lightly stirred with peppers, onions and corn tortillas. Served with Spanish style potatoes, refried beans, and garnished with slices of avocados and tomatoes.
Stacked Enchiladas
A traditional way of serving eggs over easy, right on top of enchiladas, layers of cheese, onions, and chile con carne, served with refried beans and Spanish style potatoes. Topped with a slice of avocado.
