Vegetarian Egg Rolls (Contains Gluten)
Contains gluten Cabbage, fungus mushrooms, celery, soy sauces, and eggs. Egg rolls are fried items, we do not serve fresh spring rolls. Two small Egg rolls are made with glass noodles (or bean thread noodles), dried fungus mushrooms (or wood ear mushrooms), cabbage, celery, black pepper, light and dark soy sauce, sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil. The ingredients are stirred fry together and then rolled in non-gluten free (contain wheat flour) wrappers and then deep-fried to order. It is served with sweet and sour sauce (sugar, water, white vinegar, garlic and dried Thai chilies) Ingredients: Cabbage, celery, cilantro, fungus mushrooms, bean thread noodles(glass noodles), dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, soybean oil, garlic, EGGS. Served with sweet and sour sauce: Vinegar, salt, sugar, thai chilies, garlic, water.

Beer Battered Mushrooms (Contains Gluten)
(not gluten free) Our mushrooms are marinated in 512 WIT beer, Thai chilies, soy sauce, tossed in gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca flour and potato starch) and deep fried.

Breaded with gluten free flour, turmeric, curry powder, sea salt . All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. Served with peanut sauce. Golden flour ingredients: gluten free flour blend (rice flour, tapioca and potato starch), turmeric, curry powder, salt, sugar Chicken- strips of chicken breast, dipped in soy sauce, then dredged in golden flour. Served with PEANUT sauce (not same as peanut dressing)

Golden Tofu
Breaded with gluten free flour, turmeric, curry powder, sea salt . All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. Served with peanut sauce. triangles of tofu, dipped in soy sauce, then dredged in golden flour. Served with PEANUT sauce (not same as peanut dressing)

Larb Nang Gai Todd (Fried and seasoned Chicken Skins)
Chicken cracklings w/ ground toasted rice, lime juice, Thai chilies, cilantro. All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. Chicken skins are marinated with cayenne pepper, curry powder, soy sauce, sugar, salt and gluten free flour (rice flour, tapioca flour, and potato starch.) The skins are then deep fried and tossed in toasted ground sticky rice (we toast raw sticky rice in the oven, and then it’s ground up), green onions, shallots and cilantro and spicy fried chicken sauce (lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, dried Thai chilies and shallots).

Rice Balls
White rice is mixed with red curry paste, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and sliced kaffir lime leaves then formed into small balls and deep fried served with sweet and sour sauce

Sesame Coconut Shrimp Fritters
Served w/ spicy tamarind sauce. All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. Shrimp is only slightly salted, then battered and deep-fried. Served with spicy tamarind sauce (tamarind water, sugar, Thai chilies, and fish sauce). The sauce is a little spicy The batter: rice flower,tapioca starch, sesame seeds, salt, sugar, coconut flakes and water.

Thai Beef Jerky
Nuer Dad Deaw” Sirloin marinated w/ soy sauce and served w/ sticky rice. All fried items are fried in the same fryer as items w/ gluten. Sirloin marinade w/ soy sauce and a little bit of sugar. The marinated sirloin is par cooked in the oven to dry and then deep- fried. It is served with sticky rice and spicy fried chicken sauce (lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, soy sauce, dried Thai chilies and shallots).

Street Platter
A combination of Thai street food favorites: Chicken wings, papaya salad, and sticky rice. Street platter is a combo of items that are usually eaten together when you order from street food vendors. These items compliment each other well. The protein and the plain sticky rice to tone down the heat from papaya salad.) The platter is served with chicken wings (regular or sriracha wings, sticky rice, papaya salad served with our house made sweet and sour sauce (please read description in papaya salad section) Marinade for wings: palm sugar, cilantro stems, garlic, soy sauce
