Etouffee
A Cajun dish with a thick consistency served with two scoops of rice. It has a tomato and cream sauce thicker than pan roast. Etoufee has fresh vegetables, garlic, lobster tail meat, crab meat, and shrimp.
Shrimp and Lobster Diablo Linguine
This is a pasta (linguine) dish using a spicy tomato broth (diablo-spicy). It has whole tomatoes, basil, and capers. This has the huge shrimp (6) and lobster tail meat.
Shrimp and Clam Scampi Linguine
This is a pasta (linguine) dish using a homemade garlic butter scampi broth. The scampi broth has onions, garlic, butter, thyme and oregano leaves, and house seasoning. This uses the huge shrimp (6) and clams in the shell.
Clams Chowder
A New England style clam chowder with steroids. It is made with from a cream base with a thick consistency. Prepared with cream, potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, shrimp, clam meat, and crab meat.
