Punch Card Program Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Punch Card Program (“Program”) is available to users in select markets and during limited promotional periods, as determined by NeighborFavor Inc. (“Favor”) in its sole discretion.

  2. Qualifying Orders
    To earn a punch toward your punch card:


    • The order must be placed at a merchant designated as a local favorite, which includes those listed in the “Local Faves” category or on the Local Punch Card landing page.  


    • The order must meet a minimum order value (“MOV”) of $12 before taxes, fees, or gratuity.


    • The order must be paid for in full. Canceled or unpaid orders will not qualify.


    Favor may update the categories, order types, and MOVs that qualify at any time, provided that existing punch cards will not be affected.

  3. Reward Issuance
    After completing five (5) qualifying orders, you will automatically receive a $10 reward credit. 

    • Favor may update the number of qualifying orders necessary at any time, provided that existing punch cards will not be affected.


    This credit will be applied to your next order automatically and will expire 14 days after it is issued.

    The credit can be used at any merchant in the app, provided that it may not be applied to age-restricted products or gift cards.

    You may earn and redeem multiple $10 credits during the promotional period, as long as you continue to meet the punch card criteria.

  4. Additional Terms
    The reward credit has no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

    Abuse or misuse of the program may result in suspension or termination of your eligibility.

    Favor may update or change any aspect of the Program or these terms, or terminate the Program, at any time with or without notice without any liability whatsoever.

    By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms along with the Favor Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
