Grilled then oven-finished elk sausage, pappardelle pasta, parsnips, carrots, bacon, and mushrooms in a balsamic-red wine reduction.
Double Duck & Wild Mushroom Gumbo Plate
Seasoned roasted duck, duck sausage & wild mushrooms in a thick stock & served with dirty risotto.
